roasting_01We use the latest infrared Technology from DIEDRICH, while taking pride on our staffs on ground operating the roasters, having average experience of 10+ years roasting coffee, with continuous trainings and upgrade from SCAA and SCAE certified roasters, while our staffs on ground has a harmonious and synchronized full use of their senses – sound, sight, touch, smell, and taste.

We only employ our roasters who have passion in coffee and who understands cupping; therefore having the complex chemistry of coffee throughout the roast process.
